1. Appointments & Booking * Yuwol Nail operates by appointment only. Appointments are made through gloss genius website * A non refundable $40 deposit is required to secure your booking through the website. * Squeeze-in services outside business hours are subject to a $50 additional fee. * Due to the reservation-based system, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service, and future bookings will be restricted. 2. Late Policy * The grace period is 10 minutes.(A $10 late fee applies after 15 minutes.) * Further delays may result in a shortened/changed (solid color) or canceled service. 3. When Booking Your Appointment * Design inquiries are welcomed for exact quote!(Bookings cannot be made through DM) * Please book removal service! Unexpected removal service will take more time + cost! * If you are unsure what tier your inspo is book higher tier to secure more time! * Refer separate post for services + nail art tiers! 4. Payment + Refund Policy * The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost on the day of your appointment. * Yuwol Studio LLC accepts the following payment methods: * Credit or debit cards * Digital payments approved by Yuwol Studio LLC * Business Zelle: Yuwol Studio LLC(no processing fee) * Cash * Refund Policy * All sales are final.(Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.) * I am happy to offer a complimentary fix or adjustment within 5 days when: * The issue is related to the original service * The nails have not been altered, removed, or damaged by outside factors * No other salon or individual has worked on the nails * Repairs requested after 5 days, or issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper aftercare, or accidental damage, may incur an additional fee. * No refunds will be issued for: * Change of mind * Dissatisfaction with design after approval * Late arrivals or shortened services * Missed appointments or no-shows 5. After Care * Avoid water, heat, and pressure on your nails for the first 24 hours. * Do not use your nails as tools. * Wear gloves when cleaning or using chemicals. * Apply cuticle oil daily to maintain nail health and retention. * Do not pick, peel, or attempt to remove gel or extensions yourself. * If you find any lifting of gel from your nail plate book appointment ASAP! When water is trapped under neath it could possibly cause nail fungus. 6. Guest * due to limited space of the studio only 1 guest is allowed during the appointment! * must be confirmed with me prior to our appointment! * no pets! sorry <3 7. Safety * Please do not come in if you are sick or not feeling well. Your health and safety are my top priority, and I will be happy to help you reschedule your appointment. * Allergies or sensitivities: If you are allergic to gel products, HEMA, or other nail chemicals, or have contact dermatitis, please inform me before your appointment. * Pregnancy: Please let me know if you are pregnant so I can take proper precautions. * Gel nails are usually safe during pregnancy, however consult your doctor or OB/GYN if you are concerned! * Open wounds: No service can be performed on nails with open cuts or wounds. 8.Parking * There is a lot of parking in front of the studio! Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Yuwol Nails has a 100% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Yuwol Nails at (206) 670-5141 or yuwolnails.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
